Chairman Mr. Yeh Hsin founded Ching Tai Company in 1963. At the beginning, the company produced galvanized carbon steel wire to supply the Taiwanese market. Our brand "Golden Bell" used then was well known for its premium product quality. From 1981, Ching Tai began its transformation to electronics wire and cable. We have devoted ourselves to R&D and started production of coaxial cables and computer cables. Back then, Taiwan has been the number one supplier of computer monitor in the world and around 90% of the monitor-producers used CTi's RGB monitor cables. During the 90¡¯s, having anticipated the coming of the computer network era, we began LAN cable production in 1990. Our continuous dedication into the improvement of product quality earned us certification from ISO, UL, CSA and ETL. These also enabled us to keep up with the progress of LAN cable from Cat.3, Cat.4, Cat.5, Cat.5e to current Cat.6 & 7. We have been producing high frequency coaxial cables and medical cables for the last 15 years. We gained approval from customers for our product quality. Recently, our DVI cables used by LCD monitors are also widely assigned by companies worldwide. We also produce large quantity of cables such as USB cable and IEEE1394 interface cable. The CTi group currently has three factories. The Taipei factory has 90 employees and mainly produces complex and more specialize cables such as Cat.6 LAN cable and medical cable. The second cable production site is located in Dongguan, China. The reason of establishing a cable production factory in China is to supply needs of local cable assembly companies. The factory has 140 employees and produces generalized cables such as LCD Monitor cables, KVM cables, USB cables, HDMI Cables, Cat.5e,Cat.6,Cat.7 LAN cables. The third factory is specialized in cable assembly manufacturing, and has 3200 employees. From three factories, we are able to provide the complete range and the vertical integration of cable products for our customers. CTi group has three characteristics that make us outstanding.
